1) a neoglide foam material, which has been industry-proven to not scratch cars, and whisk away any dirt or sediment

2) a car wash cloth, also industry proven to be effective on dirt without leaving microscratches.

No. Two imperative things to get your car clean: Water pressure, and friction. Any car washes that only do one will not do a great job cleaning your car.
