Are you a brushless car wash?

No, we are not "brushless", but we do not use traditional brushes on your car. We used a combination of two different types of material:

1) a neoglide foam material, which has been industry-proven to not scratch cars, and whisk away any dirt or sediment

2) a car wash cloth, also industry proven to be effective on dirt without leaving microscratches.

Are you a touchless car wash?

Accepted Answer

No. Two imperative things to get your car clean: Water pressure, and friction. Any car washes that only do one will not do a great job cleaning your car.

What should I do if I came through and my car isn't clean enough?

Accepted Answer

We have a guarantee. If you are ever unsatisfied with the quality of the wash, we invite you to bring the car through the wash again, free of charge.

What kind of chemicals do you use?

We use eco-friendly chemicals from Qual Chem. They are specially formulated to not harm the environment.

Can I bring my raised truck through your wash?

Accepted Answer

As long as the highest point of your truck doesn't exceed 86 inches from the ground , you'll be fine.

Can I bring my double-wheel truck through your wash?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately no. We can only support wheel widths of 16 inches or less.

Question 7

Can I bring my lowered vehicle through your wash?

Accepted Answer

You must have a ground clearance of at least 5 inches in order to come through our car wash.

Question 8

Do you wash underneath the car?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Plus, Deluxe and Ultimate packages include an underbody wash that rinses away any dirty or salt buildup.
